**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Team Leader will work to assist in managing, coaching, and working with logistics team members and staff. The Logistics Team Leader will act as a back up to the Logistics Supervisor, assisting with all shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as needed.

In accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Logistics Team Leader is responsible for supporting inventory control, logistics related maintenance, material handling, shipping, and receiving.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Assists Logistics Supervisor in managing the logistics staff and activities with the safety, quality, efficiency, and output target.
- Provides leadership, coaching and motivation to Logistics Team Members.
- Assist with and acts as back up for Logistics Supervisor with all shipping, receiving, occupancy and warehouse duties.
- Pick Orders and line material issuance.
- Inventory Management / responsible to support monthly inventory counts as needed.
- Adeptly use Pack Manager system as per requirement.
- Completes records accurately and completely, including all paperwork in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Adheres to GMP guidelines.
- Assist Logistics Supervisor with identifying problems from inventory records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Performs cycle count inventory as required.
- Assist to ensure the facility housekeeping and maintenance schedule is followed.

**Who you are**:

- Grade12 or equivalent qualification.
- Familiar with computer **inventory systems**, **data entry** and **completing documents** (i.e., BoL’s, Pack Slips and Pick Slips).
- English reading, writing and has basic maths skills. Certified lift truck operator, Transportation of dangerous Goods, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Nova Pack Standard Operating Procedures.
- **MS Office**, **Pack Manager** and/or comfort with **ERP/WMS** systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
