Sales Representative

**Overview**
Boreal Solutions LP is looking for a driven Sales Representativ**e** to grow and support customer relationships in the janitorial and sanitation supply industry. In this role, you’ll manage reorders, upsell products, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
**What You’ll Do**
- Respond to inbound inquiries and reach out to accounts to drive reorders and new sales.
- Build strong relationships with facility managers, purchasing teams, and custodial supervisors.
- Log interactions and manage your customer relationship management.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and call metrics.
- Develop product knowledge of jan/san chemicals, equipment, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps and field technicians to support large accounts.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven sales experience (inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of jan/san products and supply industry (asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/software tools and excellent time management.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
