Invisalign Coordinator

**Are you a Level II Dental Assistant who’s organized, people-focused, and ready to be the face of Invisalign at a growing, tech-forward practice?**
We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and detail-oriented **Invisalign Coordinator** to join our team at **Discovery Dental** in Ajax.

This is a unique, full-time position that blends **administrative case management**, **patient communication**, **chairside support**, and even a touch of **marketing**. You’ll be the go-to person for all Invisalign patients—managing their care from their very first scan to the day they pick up their final retainers.

What You’ll Do:
**Case Management & Admin**:

- Guide patients through every step of their Invisalign journey
- Coordinate case submission, ClinCheck reviews, and patient timelines
- Track aligner deliveries, refinements, and retention stages
- Liaise with Invisalign support, our marketing team, and dental lab
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding orthodontic benefits
- Keep accurate records in Open Dental and the Invisalign Doctor Site
- Maintain inventory of aligners, attachments, and supplies

**Clinical Support**:

- Deliver aligners and retainers, and provide patient instructions
- Place and remove attachments and buttons (as directed by the dentist)
- Take photos and help with iTero scans (if trained)
- Be a clinical presence during Invisalign visits when needed

**Marketing & Promotion**:

- Coordinate with our marketing team on social media, testimonials, and promotions
- Help plan or participate in in-office Invisalign events
- Be a visible, friendly face that makes patients excited about starting their smile transformation

What You’ll Get:

Who We’re Looking For:

- **Level II Dental Assistant in Ontario**, including the **Post-Certification Orthodontic Module**:

- Comfortable in both front office and clinical settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask without dropping the ball
- Invisalign experience is a bonus—but we’re happy to train the right person
- Familiarity with Open Dental and iTero is an asset (not required)
- A team player who’s motivated, friendly, and eager to grow

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
