Nous recherchons des personnes **autonomes**, **responsables**, **dynamiques**, **créatives**, et dotées d’un **excellent service à la clientèle**.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Accueillir et conseiller les clients
- Effectuer le marchandisage et gérer les cabines d’essayage
- Effectuer les opérations de caisse
- Maintenir la propreté, l’organisation et la présentation du magasin

**Vous devrez également veiller au respect des normes de Spirit Halloween concernant**:

- L’agencement général du magasin
- La mise en valeur des produits
- La gestion des cabines d’essayage
- L’organisation de l’arrière-boutique
- Le service à la clientèle

**Exigences**:

- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
- Français requis

**Spirit Halloween**, the world’s largest Halloween retail chain, is hiring **immediately** for **sales associate positions**in it's Granby location.

We’re looking for **autonomous**, **responsible**, **dynamic**, and **creative** individuals who excel in **customer service**.

At Spirit Halloween, you'll work in a **fun and unique environment** where **teamwork** and **creativity** are celebrated daily.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers
- Handle merchandising and fitting room operations
- Process transactions at the cash register
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

**You will also be expected to follow Spirit Halloween standards for**:

- Overall store layout and organization
- Product presentation
- Fitting room management
- Back-store organization
- Outstanding customer service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- English proficiency is required
- French Required
