On a September day in 1934, Antonio Disipio established the Preston Hotel from his Preston Street home. Although the windows on the front read “_Purveyors of Beer and Wine_”, Antonio’s kitchen became famous for its meatball sandwiches, pasta dishes and unique, original square pizzas. Our bar and restaurant continue that tradition today Our home has changed with expansion over the years but the tradition of our hearty Italian food and our famous square pizza continues today.

We are currently looking for a Support/Busser to join the Prescott team in Little Italy Ottawa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain proper sanitation of work area, including washing glasses and equipment in all service areas
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed. Heavy lifting up to 40+ pounds will be required.
- Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House
- Enjoy working in a team environment and able to work independently
- Comply with food and beverage standard and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- creating positive shareable experiences and memories for people.

**Qualifications**:

- Commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to multitask and be organized
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of busyness
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve required
