Holly Raye is a modern, elegant beauty studio located in the heart of Whitby. We specialize in luxury lash services, facials, brow treatments, and our signature head spa experiences. Our mission is to provide elevated, personalized beauty services in a stylish and welcoming environment.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Lash Technician who has an existing or partial clientele and is ready to grow within a professional, supportive spa setting.

Position Overview

This is a commission-based position.

All lash supplies and essentials are provided — you only need to bring your own tweezers and any additional tools you personally prefer.

Training opportunities in other services (such as head spa treatments) will also be available for those interested in expanding their skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume)
- Consult with clients to determine style and preferences
- Keep your lash station clean, sanitized, and organized
- Create a positive, relaxing experience for every client
- Promote aftercare and educate clients on lash maintenance
- Support a professional and welcoming studio culture

**Requirements**:
✔ Proven experience as a Lash Technician

✔ Skilled in classic, hybrid, and volume techniques

✔ Must have your own or partial clientele

✔ Valid lash certification

✔ Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

✔ Excellent communication and client service skills

✔ Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow

✔ Willingness to learn new services (such as head spa treatments)

Compensation

Commission-based pay + tips

All essential lash supplies are provided by Holly Raye (except tweezers or any personal tools you prefer to use).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
