**What's the role?**

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that _Omni CMS's _implementation projects meet the established standards of quality including reliability, accuracy, performance, and usability through manual and automated testing, bug verification, documentation, and other QA assistance to the Professional Services team.
- A razor-sharp QA Specialist to help us automate our suite of products, while also playing a key role in defining our automation practices and how we architect our test suites.
- Develops test plans and test strategies on a per project basis
- Proven ability to create manual test scripts with a desire to automate manual tests
- Meticulously documenting and maintaining test issue logs for individual deliverables
- Partnering with web developers and project managers on identifying and retesting fixes
- Review and test incoming HTML/CSS design deliverables, identifying and documenting issues
- Maintains technical expertise and knowledge of products and services offered by the company, primarily Omni CMS ‒ proficient in functionality, features, and limitations.
- Reviews and revises testing procedures, documentation, and methodologies.
- Documents testing efforts and testing plans.
- Assists in the training of co-workers on QA testing procedures and plans as they are developed.
- Proficient using XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, and other web programming languages to accomplish tasks.
- Performs additional small tasks as directed by Team Lead.

**What we offer**
- The salary range* for this full-time position is between $50,000 - $75,000

**What you offer**
- University degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance in large, complex, and highly integrated technology environments
- 2 years' experience working as a Quality Assurance, Testing or in a similar capacity on software implementation projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in test automation. Hands-on experience with the test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven analytical capabilities to analyze requirements, create test cases and evaluate test results.
- Proven ability to respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases.
- Proficient level in SQL and data analytics.
