**The Opportunity**

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a motivated **Warehouse Associate & Press Operator** to join our team in **Surrey, British Columbia**. As the Warehouse Associate/Press Operator, you will operate a rubber molding press, communicate directly with our couriers, ship and receive parts from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Warehouse Associate/Press Operator your key responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and operating a rubber molding press
- Pulling parts from bin boxes
- Inventory counts
- Packaging and receiving parts
- Measuring parts for accuracy using a caliper
- Assembling kits
- Some lifting may be required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Team player with a proactive, positive can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Physically able to operate equipment and wear appropriate PPE
- Able to stand and walk, picking parts throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and within a team environment
- Ability to follow all safe work procedures
