**Summary**
The National Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other managers and the Global Product Manager, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Job Duties**
- Perform analysis on the Market requirements including trends and product supply or demands.
- Lead and implement the Global Product Strategy in North America
- Lead and implement a Product Roadmap for North America
- Lead development of content for regular executive level presentations on competitors.
- Provide input to future product plans by becoming the expert on what competitors are doing in the marketplace; helping to shape future product plans and direction.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop product, marketing, and partnership strategies.
- Work with customers, sales teams, and services teams to identify key business use cases and drive enhancements and requirements into the product development process.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Define and communicate solution value, differentiation and key marketing messages.
- Communicate the solution with customers, sales team members, partners, analysts, and media.
- Deliver Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
- 5 years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy and creativity.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
- Superb writing, content development and editing skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
**Work Conditions**
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
