In collaboration with Manulife identify and manage operational risks and issues through the Governance committees Preparation and distribution of service reports for the supplier service delivery Work closely with the supplier personnel to ensure correct accesses are granted and the team complies with the processes Ensure compliance with Manulife InfoSec policy and audit requirement. **Nice to Have**: Good Exposure and experience in ITIS Industry with People Management Skills **Good to Have**: IT IS Transition & Service Desk Management experience"
