_**RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Support Worker to Assist an individual with Parkinson’s and Dementia (E24)**_
- **Location**_: Spruce Grove_
- **Days/Hours: Saturdays (Split Shift) 9am-12pm & 5:30pm-8:30pm**_
- **Sundays 9am-12pm**_
- **Thursdays 5:30pm-8:30pm**_
- **Fridays 5:30pm
- 8:30pm**_
- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not limited to: One person and assisted transfers, Personal care, Showering, Dressing, Toileting, changing adult briefs, Meal Prep, help eating, ROM exercises, light housekeeping, Light laundry, Companionship and Supervision._
- **Qualifications and Other Requirements**_: Must have a recent criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check. HCA or Equivalent Experience, Driver’s license and vehicle, Non Smoker, Criminal record Check with Vulnerable Sector. Preference will be given to those that live in the local area._
- **Rate of Pay**_: $21.00/ Hour_
- **Reference No: E24**_
