Overhead Door co. of Edmonton is currently looking for a full time and permanent Lead Technician for our Commercial Service department.

**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of Overhead Door experience as a lead technician
- 2+ years’ experience working in a commercial or industrial environment
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- A safety-first attitude and approach to work
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Ability to work overtime including some weekends
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
- A full complement of personal/professional hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided when required.

**The following experience / credentials are considered assets**:

- IDEA Certification
- Ability to commit to out-of-town / remote work for short periods
- 2+ years’ experience working in remote industrial settings
- Progress in a ticketed trade (Electrical / Welding)

**All successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug/alcohol & criminal record screening.**
