**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience and increase satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus but not mandatory.

**Payment**:
We’re offering a commission-based payment structure, allowing you to earn significantly based on your performance. For top performers, commissions can go as high as 60%, while the starting commission is 30%. This is a fantastic opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your dedication and skill.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
