**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Field Screw Pile Installer to join our team. The primary responsibility within this role would be the transportation, installation, and logístical coordination of screw piles for construction sites in preparation for residential concrete projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assist in the loading and transportation of screw piles to construction sites.
- Safely unload materials and equipment for install with the assistance of labourers and other field screw pile installers prior to installation.
- Act as the main point of contact for the company on work sites, interacting with customers and sub-contractors.
- Provide guidance and direction to the crew about screw pile delivery, installation, and site conditions.
- Installation of metal screw piles in preparation for precast step placement.
- Comply with PPE and safety requirements, acting as a good example for more junior team members.
- Attend safety meetings and perform incident reporting as required.
- Perform installation in a safe and efficient manner.
- Installation of metal brackets in preparation for concrete placement.
- General labour responsibilities.
- Comply with PPE and safety requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- 1+ years of experience towing a trailer or driving a flatbed truck to/from construction sites.
- Experience and familiarity with operating various hand power tools.
- CSTS Certification is an asset.
- Previous mini hoe experience is an asset.

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis. This position operates in an outdoor setting, which could be in rain, snow, cold or hot weather.
Hours of Work
Typical workweek can vary with the normal work schedule including Monday through Saturday work. Overtime will be required at times.
