**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive safety training programs tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that effectively communicate safety protocols and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in safety practices and training needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to workplace safety.
- Create and fabricate instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and visual aids.
- Monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures during training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees regarding safety concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in training development, particularly in a safety-related field.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to fabricate effective training materials that enhance learning experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in conducting assessments and evaluating training effectiveness is preferred.
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related fields is a plus.
