**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire is currently recruiting a motivated full-time** **permanent** **Logistics Supervisor in Concord. The Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of distribution and delivery activities and inventory.
- Manages and optimizes Drivers
- Supervises the planning and coordination of the distribution of cylinders
- Provides analysis of KPI’s and develops appropriate action plans
- Provides critical analysis of activities, identifies causes of dysfunction and proposes appropriate corrective actions.
- Communicates the vision, policies and objectives of the logistics team
- Provides coaching, development and performance management of the team
- Makes sure that each member has the skills, training and resources needed to operate autonomously
- Shares the objectives to be attained and takes the necessary measures to ensure execution
- Implements and ensures the timely follow-up of safety and quality indicators and adopts the necessary corrective measures

- College Certificate or Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years experience in a supervisor capacity in logistics
- Logistics and transportation related experience including but not limited to: equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, driver training, warehouse management, driver routing and scheduling, inventory management, transportation regulations
- Experience in Transportation Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Excellent computer literacy with Gmail, Google Applications and logistics software
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment
