We're looking for you to join our team as a** Partner Administrative Assistant** in **Vancouver, BC**

As an Assistant, you'll be joining our Business Enablement team to provide your support on a range of activities to ensure a high-quality experience for people in and outside of your circle. You'll coordinate, prepare, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, as well as assist in proposal processes and prepare/submit time and expense reports for the partners you're supporting.

**Your Additional Duties Includes**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and organize required materials
- At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this._

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Administration OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Experience in an Administration role
- Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and learn new software
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations
- High attention to detail
