**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of avionics systems and components in various aircraft. Your expertise in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge will ensure that all avionics equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about aviation technology and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install avionics systems according to schematics and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on avionics equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for fabrication and repairs.
- Document all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve avionics systems and processes.
- Conduct inspections of avionics components to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
