The People & Culture team is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist adept at connecting with people. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions and support the team with daily activities and projects to elevate our people.

**What your day-to-day looks like**

**Talent Acquisition (50%)**:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various types of position, from job posting to offer.
- Establish partnerships with various networks and organizations to attract a pool of qualified and diverse professionals.
- Cultivate relationships with external recruitment partners to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices.

**People Ops (25%)**:

- Be the main contact for team members' inquiries and handle their requests with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Participate in People operations activities, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining data in our HRIS and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

**People Projects (25%)**:

- Contribute to various projects related to employer branding, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in programs to support employee growth, development and performance.
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams initiatives.
- Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table

**What you bring to the team**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, or a similar role
- CRHA designation (is an asset)
- Bilingual (fluency in both written and oral - French & English)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS platforms
- Demonstrate confidentiality, rigor and professional judgment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills

**À quoi ressemble ton quotidien**

**Acquisition de talents (50 %)**:

- Prendre en charge le cycle de recrutement complet pour différents types de postes, de la publication de l'offre d'emploi à l'offre d’emploi.
- Établir des partenariats avec divers réseaux et organisations afin d'attirer des professionnels qualifiés et diversifiés.
- Entretenir des relations avec des partenaires de recrutement externes afin d'améliorer notre banque de talents.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.

**Opérations RH (25%)**:

- Être le point de contact principal pour les questions employé.es et traiter leurs demandes en s'efforçant d'améliorer l'expérience globale des employés.
- Participer aux activités de gestion RH, y
