Masonry Estimator

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare bid proposals and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide updates as needed
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field, in the High Rise, Commercial & Institutional
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Minimum 3 years experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
