Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assessing issues, providing cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments. If you have strong communication skills, automotive or powersports knowledge, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to excel in the powersports service industry. **Hourly Wage Range: $19.15 - $22.45 Plus Performance Bonus** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Determine service issues by listening to customers' descriptions of symptoms and clarifying descriptions of problems - Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions - Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor - Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required - Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates and answering questions and concerns - Maintain service records by recording problems and corrective actions planned - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications - Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments **Requirements**: - Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset - Strong interpersonal skills: a good listener who can cultivate relationships - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a team-driven environment - Good organization and learning skills - Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver's abstract **Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group**: **At Steele Auto Group, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a community.
