Our Head Office is in Markham, Ontario, with additional manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles, South Korea and China.

What you’ll do

The Quote Specialist will own the customer quoting process. Providing the Customer Success Team with options to best meet the customers needs. The Quote Specialist has a solid understanding of our product pricing model and structure. The Quote Specialist has excellent attention to details and time management skills.
- Responsible for the Quoting Process
- Subject matter expert on Omnify’s product
- Determine most appropriate options to meet project specifications, and where appropriate provide multiple options as required.
- Uses Customer information to prepare quotes in a time sensitive manner
- Utilizes Customer specific discount structure and escalates as necessary
- Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotations
- Receives requests and responds to inquiries from customers, sales and (directly to Customer Success Specialists)
- Has an awareness of current lead time and any inventory issues
- Liaisons with Sales and Account Management on quotes and timelines
- Additional tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by your direct leader

What it takes
- Customer Service, Business Administration and or Engineering background
- Lighting / Electrical Experience an asset
- Manufacturing knowledge: Hones good understanding of manufacturing processes, limitations, definitions.
- Listening - Practicing active listening by understanding our clients' needs and demonstrating that you genuinely care for them will also help you build a rapport.
- Problem solving & Strong attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

It will be great if you have
- CRM and ERP experience.
- Excellent MS Office suite knowledge - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, PDF

Salary & Benefits

$50-$60k

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
