We are looking for a Financial Analyst who is highly analytical, comfortable dealing with large sets of data and thinks outside the box. The perfect fit would be someone that knows the fundamentals of accounting, sales, cost of sales, and customer-supplier rebate contracts. The role of the Financial Analyst is to manage the rebate contracts and claims, and commissions, analyze and work closely with sales managers to identify low margins and identify areas for improvement. Attention to detail, and exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly commissions and process required adjustments and/or get the required approvals.
- Prepare, analyze and submit Ship & Credit claims to our suppliers.
- Follow up on Ship & Credit claims, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Customer annual rebates.
- Analyze and submit Point Of Sale reports to suppliers.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain group.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers.
- Maintain Contract system pricing up to date.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Work experience requirements**:

- Strong Excel skills including experience with macro, Vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Excellent organization skills.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers (internal and external).
- Keen attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Experience of having worked in the Manufacturing/Distribution industry.

**Education requirements**:

- College degree with a specialty in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and/or pricing management & ERP systems.
