- Great shifts **Alumavent -** 6:45am - 3:15pm or **Ventex -** 7:00am - 3:30pm

- **The Position**:_

The Production Assembler works with aluminum or steel to assemble louvers and dampers that are used in the HVAC industry...yes that's right, we are not automotive Each work station is responsible for a section of the manufacturing process.
- Follow instructions on work orders to assemble products to exact specifications. Attention to detail is very important. Could be using drills, measuring tapes, and other hand tools.
- Meet or exceed production requirements.
- Enjoy a physical position (lifting, bending, standing) and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Safety is your #1 priority
- Show up on time every day
