Junior Mortgage Agent

With a combined 40 years in the industry and over a billion of dollars funded, TheLendingSuite.ca is a Mortgage Team within the Mortgage Architects Brokerage. While our main office is located in the Durham Region, we offer lending solutions to clients all across Ontario. Our clients range from First Time Buyers, to Investors, to Land Developers. With access to around 60 different lenders, our team can offer unique lending solutions to service all kinds of real estate financing needs. Our team currently consists of four Mortgage Agents, including our two co-founders, two administrative assistants & a social media manager. As our business grows, we are looking for additional mortgage agents.

**A Day in the Life of a Mortgage Agent at The Lending Suite**
- Generate 30-60-90 day business plans and establish sales strategies
- Closely manage existing lead generation platforms and follow up with potential leads
- Be knowledgeable about mortgage financing products available across several lenders
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and confidently communicate appropriate lending solutions
- Be FSRA compliant in all documentation and practices

**Skill Requirements & Qualifications**
- Have or working towards completing their Mortgage Agent’s License
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and become a self-starter
- Technical background in finance is complimentary but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
