**What We’re Looking For**:
We want **passionate, skilled Framers and Lead Framers** who live for precision, thrive in a team, and take pride in their craft. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a rising star, we want you to bring your A-game to our projects across New Brunswick.
**Framer Responsibilities**:

- Construct and assemble wood and steel framing for custom homes and attached dwellings.
- Read and interpret blueprints with razor-sharp accuracy.
- Ensure top-quality craftsmanship while meeting project timelines.
- Collaborate with our in-house designers and project managers to bring visions to life.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.

**Lead Framer Responsibilities**:

- Lead framing crews with confidence, ensuring flawless execution and team morale.
- Oversee scheduling, material coordination, and quality control.
- Mentor and train junior framers to uphold our high standards.
- Liaise with project managers to keep projects on track and exceed client expectations.
- Solve on-site challenges with creativity and expertise.

**What You Bring**:
**- Experience**: Proven framing experience (Lead Framers: 3+ years in a leadership role).
**- Skills**: Mastery of framing techniques, tools, and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints like a pro.
**- Mindset**: A positive attitude, problem-solving grit, and a passion for building excellence.
**- Team Spirit**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and inspire others.
**- Bonus Points**: Red Seal Carpenter certification, experience with custom homes, or familiarity with modern building tech.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Residential construction and Framing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
