- BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
- 3+ years of business analytical and administrative experience. Sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experiences are preferred.

- Result driven and accountability: Deliver result on time with proactive communication styles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to cultivate and impart knowledge in consumer insights, industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Must possess a passion about flawless execution, and keen attention to detail
- English proficiency mandatory. Bilingual French/English a strong asset
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, advanced Excel skills and analytics software (e.g. Power BI)

**What You Will Do**:

- Medicom Group supplier data re-organizing, analyzing, and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and summarize Sourcing group project tracker by staying closely with sourcing managers and leaders to ensure projects are on track and alert team when attentions are required.
- Manage the Supplier contract implementation, tracking and reporting.
- Develop, maintain and summarize Sourcing Savings Tracker/ Provide regular updates, analysis and reporting
- Develop Market Intelligence Reporting including current trends, market commodities, stay connected to key cost drivers and report status through a dashboard.
- Support Supplier RFP processing: provide current input, market trends, analysis of findings and follow ups when it is needed or required.
- Develop and Maintaining supplier performance scorecard and update and report on a regular basis.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain and manufacturing team on material and finished goods purchasing demand to support supplier negotiation, buying strategy and capacity planning.
- Preparation business materials for supplier business reviews
- Support the development a pipeline for continuous improvement of sourcing processes, documentations and reporting systems.
- Maintain and prepare all documentation / SOPs for the Sourcing Team and keep them current to drive business continuity and drive out risk to the team. and drive out risk to the team.
- Collaborate with BI (Business Intelligence) or Finance team to develop Sourcing BI tools and platforms.
- Implement Tools, develop SOPs, Train team for utilization of process/tools.
- Other sourcing and supplier related reporting and presentations
- Supplier qualification and cross-function coordination including marketing, R&D, PD, purchasing etc.
- Support Global Sourcing VP on key global projects and initiatives.
- Identify and implement 3rd party Sourcing software and other tools to help sourcing data and activities.
- Connect with Supplier contacts and interaction to moving along the key project when it is assigned.
- Lead on special projects that are assigned to.
