We are currently seeking to fill a **Customer Service Agent/Delivery and pickups **for our **Toronto concept store located in North York**, at the corner of Caledonia and Cartwright Avenue.

**Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent/Delivery and pickups in Toronto**:

- Contact customers to coordinates in store pick-ups and collect payments;
- Assist customers coming for pick-ups with invoicing and payments.
- Process routine clerical transactions in between phone calls;
- Enter the information into the system and trace the previous operations according to the situation;
- Resolve customer concerns, respond to their inquiries and create service Work Orders as required, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
- Ensure items being returned are properly accounted in the inventory and on customers contracts.

- A minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role;
- Strong customer service skills, you love to make a positive difference in the clients experience;
- You are motivated and a team player;
- You demonstrate good verbal and written skills;
- You know how to manage priorities and your organization is clearly one of your strongest asset;
- You are at ease with inventory operating systems and have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- You have initiative, versatility, organization and diplomacy, in short you are passionate about what you do, and you do it well
