Reporting to Manager, Maintenance and Planning, the Maintenance Planner, IFS is responsible for managing Field Services IFS Master Data, IFS upgrades, as well as producing, analyzing, and presenting reports on Field Services KPI’s relating to maintenance risk and performance to develop and identify improvement opportunities. This will include analysis of deviations, variations, and trends with graphical representations using observations and KPI’s generated from IFS.
IFS Maintenance Planner is responsible to provide supports to Field Service users with onboarding, coaching, training, and troubleshooting problems and issues as they arise.
**OEMS**
This position is accountable for ensuring that all aspects of work comply with safe work practices, all applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements and TNPI’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS).

This position performs their job effectively safely, securely, and in a manner protective of the environment, and complies with TNPI Safety and Environmental Absolutes
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Master Data Management**
- Creates and updates Functional Objects, Serial Objects, Characteristics, PM Groups, PM Actions, Standard Jobs, measurement Points etc., as per TNPI requirements.
**Field Services Business Processes**
- Supports in the development and maintaining Field Services Business Processes and Integrated Processes touch points.
- Assesses IFS to ensure business processes are being followed (including KPIs)
**IFS Management**
- Monitors and troubleshoots Field Services problems and issues (Example: Background Errors and Warnings, PM Group Work Orders not generated, etc.)
- Supports and leads the testing & implementation of changes to existing IFS functionality (Calendars, Craft IDs, Maintenance Orgs., etc.)
- Supports and leads the testing & implementation of new IFS functionality (RCM, asset strategies, etc.)
- Supports and leads the testing & implementation of IFS quarterly updates & version upgrades.
- Creates and maintains the IFS Lobby pages for Field Services
- Supports IFS reporting requirements, both existing and new
- Supports Site Super Users for issues that cannot be resolved on site.
- Field Services contact for Case Management to IFS through the IFS portal.
- Field Service interface/contact to other IFS modules, example: Finance, HR etc.
- Field Service interface/contact to other software implemented at TNPI, example: Intelex, Esri etc.
- Creates and updates Click Learn for Field Services
- Identifies continuous improvements opportunities.
**Administrative Tasks/Duties**
- Supports in the development of new processes, documents and maintains records.
- Compiles data to support our KPI reporting.
**Reporting, Analyzing and Monitoring**
- Assists with development of KPI’s and produces reports on KPI compliance, with emphasis in maintenance/inspection and regulatory compliance. This will include analysis of deviations, variations, and trends with graphical representations.
- Provides management and support staff with reports and guidance to make informed decisions regarding maintenance schedule compliance and work completion compliance.
**Program Management**
- Becomes proficient in the use of IFS and the optimization of its capabilities.
