**Role Description**:
As a Business Analyst, you strive towards getting the team to focus on the project’s most valuable features. You drive solutions and set the stage for success by being collaborative and transparent. You go that extra mile in getting to know businesses inside and out, proactively drive solutions and set the stage for success by being collaborative and transparent. You give a voice to end users and generate ideas alongside developers to create exceptional systems that delight our customers.

You like to listen and love to ask questions with an intention to optimize and streamline processes. You are willing to take on different roles and responsibilities for a period of time and thrive in adapting to a changing environment.

Following would be the roles and responsibilities during the course of the engagement:
Liaise between product owner, development and QA group to remove roadblocks and foster communication

Help design and build complex custom-designed solutions that use a wide range of the latest technologies

Lead the requirement elicitation process and document the requirements in the Agile project management tools

Work in an collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal culture where your talent is valued above all else

Share best practices with cross-functional team members

Evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices

Collaborate on organizational transformation solutions and facilitate workshops that generate ideas and content for solutions

Build your career by focusing on what you are passionate about, rather than a predetermined plan

Experience with modeling business processes using a variety of Agile tools and techniques

An understanding of traditional development approaches, and the ability to compare and contrast benefits of each

Experience with Agile Delivery Methodologies

Willingness to jump into projects and situations with ambiguous details in multiple domains

Ability to debate and discuss contradictory opinions and be flexible in your thinking

A genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from wireframe to code

Salary Range: up ro 125k
