Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Provide exceptional table service, presenting menus, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Make personalized drink recommendations, with a strong knowledge of sake and other beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the omakase dining concept, articulating the chef’s intentions and menu offerings to guests.
- Maintain a pristine and organized dining environment, ensuring all table settings are perfectly arranged and the restaurant is well-maintained.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
- Uphold the restaurant’s values of professionalism, attentiveness, and sophistication in every interaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, particularly sake, with a willingness to learn about the omakase menu.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- A polished and professional appearance, with a commitment to maintaining high personal grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail and guest needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
