We have an opportunity for you to join our production team as an**Inspector Level C** **at our Cambridge, Ontario facility.** Each member of our team plays a critical role in BWXT Canada’s success and in ensuring we meet our customers’ quality, cost and delivery expectations. **Primary Function**:
To perform all tasks of an **Inspector Level C** and to conduct non-destructive examinations.

**Tasks**:

- Perform NDE in all areas of the Shop.
- Read and interpret documentation, including drawings and operating procedures.
- Create inspection reports, maintain and file documentation.
- Demonstrate good workmanship and practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members (i.e. peers, production leadership, project management, engineering) as well as customer representatives.
- Work in a safe manner, complying with all health, safety and environmental guidelines/regulations.
- Understand and adhere to quality requirements and productivity expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Must possess MT Level 2 **AND** PT Level 2 **PLUS** 2 of the following:

- CEDO
- UT CGSB-1
- RT CGSB-1
- 2 years as a Fabrication/Machining inspector with BWXT
- 5 years as Fabrication/Machine inspector with documented evidence from an external company or 5 years Fitting/Welding experience within BWXT
- Certified Weld Inspector (AWS-CWI or CWB2)
- Previous experience in a heavy manufacturing environment or in nuclear power-related industry.
- Commitment to quality and the ability to work as a positive, effective team member, willing to go the extra mile to ensure we meet our customer expectations.
- Proficiency with computer software.
- Available to work all shifts:

- Weekday days: 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Mon - Thurs) OR
- Weekday afternoons: 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. (Mon - Thurs) OR
- Weekend days: 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Fri, Sat, Sun; paid for 40 hours) OR
- Weekend afternoons: 5:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m. (Fri, Sat, Sun; paid for 40 hours)
