**Job duties**:

- Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with other members of health care team in retirement home setting
- Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate and create reports effectively.
- Continually assess, anticipate, identify, and respond to new and changing needs of patients
- Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and patient needs
- Assist clients in all daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, companionship, and personal care

**Requirements**:

- Certified as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) License
- Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution)
- Reliability
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Valid vulnerability sector check
- Must be fully vaccinated
