**Requirements for All GHHS PSW Positions**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months as a PSW in a long-term care setting or retirement home
- **Certification**: Valid PSW certificate from a recognized program (e.g., NACC or Ontario College)
- **Vulnerable Sector Check** (within the last 6 months)
- **2-Step TB test or Chest X-ray** (within the last 6 months)
- **Mask Fit Testing & Flu Shot**:

- **Immunization Records**: MMR, Varicella, tDap (Hepatitis B an asset)
- **COVID-19 Vaccination**: Proof of 3 doses with a QR code
