- Under the responsibility of the Corporate Logistics Group Leader, you will assist Export Control Specialists. You will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as customs compliance, operations and sales teams, to ensure that export activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.- Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of orders in Asia, particularly in China.
- Ensure that orders will not be delivered to customers or individuals on Entity List.
- Investigate our deliveries by cross-checking the data provided.
- Coordinate the obtaining of End User Statement signed by customers.
- Requirements:
- Technical degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of export control rules is an asset.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- The notion of compliance with regulations is important to you.
- Inquisitive, analytical mind.
- Good communication skills (English and French, advanced level) and interpersonal skills.
