**Job Overview**

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the fabrication, assembly, and quality control processes to ensure efficient operations and exceptional products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organising production schedules
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Overseeing production processes
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Organizing relevant training sessions.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Report to upper management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and production systems.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
- Ability to implement process improvement strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in quality control methods and procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
