- Our Moncton, New Brunswick facility is a centre of excellence for indoor cannabis cultivation, R&D, and advanced automation.
- In Lac-Supérieur, Quebec, we focus on premium flower and traditional hash production.
- Our Winnipeg, Manitoba site is a highly automated facility dedicated to edibles & beverage manufacturing.
- Our Aylmer, Ontario facility specializes in the production of infused pre-rolls and features automated vape filling capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work to support the Product Specification team
- Take ownership of all aspects of Product/Item set-up to ensure product commercialization deadlines are meet including but not limited to:

- GTIN / UPC set-up
- Internal Item set-up (Dynamics)
- Master Product List ownership
- Sample coordination for GS1 photography
- Filling out all product specs into 60-day notice data file
- Maintaining specification sheets and product details within C15
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive product documentation including but not limited to:

- Master Product Lifecycle Management [PLM] Tracker
- New Product Development / Innovation R&D roadmap Tracker
- Maintain and ensure data integrity in Organigram production systems for accurate planning reporting, forecasting, and analytics, with a focus on the electronic database for documents.
- Assist in auditing projects throughout the year.
- Create detailed meeting communications and circulate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative environment.
- Ability to take directions
- Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
