We are currently seeking two dynamic **EDI Specialists** for our client who is a leader in the swimwear industry.This position is in a fast-paced growing company. If you enjoy being challenged, can prioritize, and manage time effectively this position, then read on

Must possess effective communication skills and capable of offering excellent customer service.

**What you’ll need**:

- Worked with the following EDI documents (850/860/816/855/753/754/856&997)
- Minimum 5 years in customer support with major USA retailers (JCP, Macys, Dillards, Kohls, Target, Belk) as well as Canadian retailers (Walmart, HBC, Costco)
- Must be detail-oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook are an asset.
- Momentis ERP system knowledge an asset
- Must be fluent in English, spoken & written; French is an asset

**What you’ll do**:

- Accurate and timely processing of EDI daily transactions.
- Key account NOW order processing/tracking
- Maintain orders from order to shipment
- Address and troubleshoot all EDI related issues
- Responsible for manually entering blanket orders for EDI Accounts
- Daily review of reports which detail order issues.
- Support sales managers and provide timely information
- Review allocation concerns with sales team.

**Salary**: $35,256.00-$105,120.00 per year
