Aon is looking for a Requirements Analyst (consultant level) for our solutions team within pension administration. The team works closely with clients and internal teams to develop solutions and document requirements. - Conducts a gap analysis between client requirements and available solutions
- Lead client requirements meetings

- Develops and updates applicable requirements documents, including plan provisions (SPP), data, web self-service functionality, personal communication for members (PCS) and reports.
- Reviews test plan to ensure all requirements are covered and test plan is thorough
- Ensures proactive follow-up of requirements documentation, manage client and internal expectations until final approval, in consideration of the project plan.

**How this opportunity is different**

Our highly collaborative team drives innovation through ideas and implementation of solutions that allow an enhanced digital member experience and more efficient internal processing. You will have the ability to work on exciting projects which help redefine the Canadian pension administration services.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

- Bachelors degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
- 5-7 years of pension administration work experience
- Laws and best practices expertise on defined benefits pension plans
- Billingualism (English and French), desired
- Analytical skills and problem resolution in a collaborative environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience with system implementations, desired

**How we support our colleagues**

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Plus, our agile, inclusive environment allows you to manage your wellbeing and work/life balance, ensuring you can be your best self at Aon. Furthermore, all colleagues enjoy two “Global Wellbeing Days” each year, encouraging you to take time to focus on yourself.
