Working for a small business, you'll be directly involved in and learn about all the things that make a business successful: customer service, sales, marketing, administration, Human Resources, and daily operations. The right person can take this opportunity to grow from quarterback to head coach This position will provide you with experience in all the key areas of the business and provide you with the experience and skills to progress into an** Operations Management** role.

**Team Lead**
**Location**: Edmonton

**Job Type**: Full-time. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 7 pm, a variety of shifts are available.
**Starting pay**: $20/hour base + tips, bonuses and other incentives (usually $2-3/hr extra)

As the Team Lead, you'll be working side by side in the field with your team 3-4 days/week, while overseeing the day to day operations, from training plans, motivating your bench of employees, to end of day reports.

Each day, you'll be driving to local residences and businesses in our clean shiny trucks to take away their unwanted items. What you can expect:

- 20+ years of age-
- A valid standard driver's license & good driving record-
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude-
- Previous customer service or sales experience-
- Previous coaching/training/mentoring/managing experience-
- Proficient with technology-
