**Front Desk & Shop Assistant** **Good Guys Auto Glass** Are you a fast learner who enjoys a mix of office coordination and hands-on physical work? **Good Guys Auto Glass** is looking for a versatile team member to handle our front-of-house operations while assisting our technicians with glass replacements and stone chip repairs. If you are a hardworking person who can pivot from a computer screen to a heavy lifting task without breaking a sweat, we want to meet you **The Role** This is a hybrid position. You will be the face of the company for customers while also providing essential muscle and technical support in the shop. **Front Desk Responsibilities**: - Greeting customers and providing excellent, friendly service. - Managing appointments and basic invoicing using shop software. - Answering phones and responding to inquiries under pressure. - Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized workspace. **Shop & Technical Responsibilities**: - Assisting technicians with windshield removals and installs. - Performing stone chip repairs (training provided). - Handling heavy glass and equipment. - Ensuring the shop floor remains safe and tidy. **What You Bring to the Table** - **Physical Strength**: You must be able to comfortably and safely lift up to **100 lbs**. - **People Skills**: You are patient, professional, and great at communicating with customers. - **Tech Savvy**: You are comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly. - **Adaptability**: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle "rush hour" with a cool head. - **Experience**: Previous auto glass or front desk experience is an asset, but **we are willing to train the right person** with a great attitude. - **Reliable**: Can depend that you arrive to work daily and on time. **Why Join Us?** - Competitive pay based on experience. - Comprehensive training in a specialized trade. - A positive, team-oriented work environment. - The chance to work both in an office setting and with your hands. **How to Apply** **Good Guys Auto Glass** _185 Brackley Point Road_ _(902)566-4585_ Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Store discount Work Location: In person
