Work outside near the lake

Job requires steel toe boots. General knowledge around small engines, marine engines, power equipment and general carpentry skills is an assest but not required. All training is on the job and provided.

Some daily/weekly tasks include; cutting the grass on the marine property, maintaining customer satisfactory levels, general dock repairs and boat house repairs, minor plumbing fixes, and general marine tasks such as boat washing, installing and maintianin bubblers in the channles, heavy equipment maintenance, and some various painting and improvment projects.

16 hours a week minimum, more available if you are hard working and driven individual who works well alone and with a partner.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

- St. Williams, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
