We are looking for motivated customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team of delivery drivers. You will report to the Regional Manager and Store owner. As a delivery driver, you will provide a high-quality customer experience. You understand what it means to be a brand ambassador for Weedjar, inside and outside of our stores.

**Job Description - Delivery Driver**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Friendly, personable and customer-oriented
- Ability to provide exceptional service in all aspects while making deliveries: greeting customers, product knowledge, operating Uber Dashboard & On Fleet
- Possesses an understanding and appreciation of marijuana products and culture.
- Is knowledgeable about trends and supports brand messaging
- Supports new hires through mentorship
- Works well with Team members
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment and decision-making skills
- Provides insight to Weedjar Managers about customer experience and preferences
- Participates in ongoing staff education/training and through sharing of product knowledge
- Has a flexible schedule
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
- Able to pick up shifts when asked, at any location as needed
- Able to travel to all Weedjar locations as needed
- **Qualifications**:_
- You must be able to provide a clean criminal background check prior to employment.
- Must be of 25 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of a clean driving record
- You must own your own vehicle that does not have any branding
- Must be able to show proof of your own car insurance for coverage up to a minimum of $1,000,000 or $2,000,00 if you are employed by another delivery company
- Preferably minimum 2 years’ experience in a Retail/Customer Service environment
- Experience in the Cannabis industry will be considered an asset
- First Aid/CPR, WHMIS and Worker’s Health and Safety Awareness training will be considered an asset
- Additional on the Job Training, such standard operating procedures, store policies, brand awareness and knowledge - training will be provided
- Must be able to lift boxes 5 - 30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour + $2.00 per delivery

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
