- Manage all aspects of the tasting room operations, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain food safety standards.
- Develop and implement tasting room programs that enhance guest experiences, including spirit tastings, tours, and events.
- Maintain inventory of products and supplies, ensuring that all items are stocked and presented attractively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offerings through various channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and preparation.

**Skills**
- Strong background in food service or hospitality, with experience in restaurant management or bartending preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge and passion for craft spirits is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide team members toward achieving operational goals.
- Passion for the food industry, with an understanding of spirits or beverage pairings being a plus.
