**Position Overview**

OTI is seeking an ERP Project Managerfor a full-time position to join our
growing team Post implementation this position will become the key to continuous improvement and further implementations. The role will be based out of our head office in Richmond Hill.

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating Epicor ERP
implementation, alongside an Implementation Team. The PM will work with all departments and the external development team to coordinate each phase of the project, creating timelines and maintaining
the project budget, KPIs and project status updates. This role will report to directly to the President with dotted line responsibility to VP sales, VP Operations and CFO.

**Responsibilities**
- Leads internal project team of experts from functional areas across the organization.
- Works closely with the Project Manager of our software vendor through all phases of the project.
- Be accountable for the scope, timeline, and budget for the project.
- Developing scope and managing the planning, implementation process
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Support the process of large databases scrubbing, tagging, migration
- Work closely with all stakeholder/teams/leads to complete Business process review and continuous improvement processes.
- Assign team responsibilities, monitor progress, and motivate team members appropriately to
- ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify pending problems and create plans to address identified issues.
- Status reports and risk assessments/contingency plans.
- Deliver regular status reports to organization stakeholders.
- Work with the management team to develop a change management process to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**
- University degree.
- Experience and expertise in Epicor ERP an asset.
- Experience working on a large ERP and/or Financial Reporting projects is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects.
- PMP certification or similar Project Management Certification????
- Strong/Advanced Excel skills including dada management - vlookup, pivot table, etc.
- Strong experience with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Ability to establish credibility, trust and respect with team members.
- Project Management: experienced in managing projects/programs; comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience successfully leading a range of midsize-to-large initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality.
- Experience managing large, complex investment budgets.
- Reside in or be willing to commute to Richmond Hill.
- Experience with manufacturing operations Configure/Engineer To Order (CTO/ETO) and its related sales/processes and operations, logistics, warehouse manage systems and transport management systems is an asset.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
