Warehouse Attendant

BK Wholesalers is looking to add a hard-working member to our warehouse team. You will contribute to the flow of merchandise processes by organizing stock and maintaining inventory. You may be required to operate handling equipment such as a forklift and comply with all health and safety regulations.

**General Description of Duties**:

- Maintain, organize and prioritize inventory stocks for efficient product flow
- Safely operate power lift equipment; forklift, electronic walkie, pump cart, etc.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Receive product into the warehouse

**Responsibilities, Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate spatial awareness on the placement of product within the warehouse.
- Time management skills and personal accountability
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in both a team environment, as well as individually while displaying a positive attitude
- Safely perform strenuous physical activities, such as; walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy within daily duties
- Willingness to learn as well as initiative and contributing ideas on ways to improve efficiencies
- Self motivated and resourceful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an asset
- Comply with all health & safety regulations as outlined by management and the Ontario Health & Safety Act

Applicant must have a valid drivers licence
