The Old Spaghetti Factory is a Canadian brand with over 50 years of history and 15 Restaurants across the country. We are looking to grow and want to hire talented individuals that are excited to grow with us

**Our Assistant Managers will**:

- Coach, lead and manage restaurant staff
- Work full time floor managing shifts and directly impact the guest experience, salesmanship, labour and cost controls as well as help us recruit, select, train and coach our staff.
- Liaise with the rest of the Management Team and react to restaurant opportunities.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
