**In this role, you will**:

- Support in maintaining all QA programs such as calibration, self-inspection, environmental monitoring, deviation trends, data collection/analysis and associated record keeping
- Support daily quality inspection operations such as work order reviews, release, archiving, in-process quality resolutions, investigations, and deviation reviews
- Provide guidance to inspectors and follow up on investigations and corrective actions to support compliance and service excellence
- Manage staff schedule, timesheets, evaluate performance and escalate people concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate reworks, mock recall, traceability exercises, and recall activities as needed
- Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Ensure staff follow current Natural Health Products Directorate (NHPD) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), US cGMPs, Australia Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) GMPs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as other work procedures and company policies

**You have**:

- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science discipline
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in a pharmaceutical, natural health or food product manufacturing environment, coupled with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Knowledge of and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) programs
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, with the ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Excellent organizational, time management and priorities management skills
- Adaptable to changes, flexible to work different shifts and locations as required
