**Who are we looking for?**
- Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Highly customer focused individual
- Post secondary school education or equivalent
- Above the age of 18
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English and has excellent active listening skills
- Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government ID
- Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
- Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Data entry, good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Available to work 8.5 hours between 8AM - 8PM EST with no weekends guaranteed off, but guaranteed 2 consecutive days off every week

**This campaign requires you to provide your own web camera, wired headset and a hardwired internet at home. The equipment will be provided by the company where you are to pick up from our office located at 6285 Northam Dr Suite 400A, Mississauga, ON L4V 1X5 the week before you start.
