Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or related field
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales
- Familiarity with business development strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software
